Bobby Farmer

Bobby Farmer began his college education at Purdue University where he spent a few years pursuing a business degree and continuing to play football as a walk-on QB. Bobby continued his college education at Butler University also studying business and playing football prior to joining the family business in 2004. Ever since joining Hoosier in the early 2000’s, Bobby has been working closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of projects. Bobby began as a laborer and quickly learned the ropes progressing into a heavy equipment operator and ultimately managing projects from start to finish before assuming his current role as Field Operations Manager.
Bobby’s role involves understanding the desired outcome for each project and assigning resources accordingly. Bobby’s job is to ensure the scope of work is executed in a safe and efficient manner. His breadth of knowledge and understanding of field operations and logistics leaves clients with a feeling that they’re in good hands!
